So, the Somali Day Care Centers seem to be missing something important. No playground for the children. In particular the Quality Learing Center has no playground or play structure. The State of Minnesota requires a 1500 sq ft playground or play structure for every daycare. It has to be with in 2000 ft of the daycare. Oops!

This is a very shady looking daycare in Minneapolis, Minnesota It’s called Daryel Adult Day Care The daycare is in a building that doesn’t look like it should be a daycare. Inside the daycare is just office space divided by black sheets. Funding for these nine providers more than doubled from 2023 to 2025—even though they reported serving roughly the same number of children. American is on the Minnesota Department of Human Services website under licensing lookup She found a child care center she says she knows for a fact the DHS worker “is in on it” This American used to run a corporate adult foster care so she knows how these licenses work - She shows years of violations with no documents submitted to fix the violations - She says you have to submit documentation typically within 30 days - After years of violations, the DHS licensing case worker just kept approving it without any documents to show corrections Minnesota government is in on the fraud “The licensor that did this review gave them a pass and did not require them to make any corrections. The licensor is in on it.”
