There are many communities in the USA that enjoy pork intestines by whatever name. The food isn't cheap either as might be imagined. The commentator shouldn't make sweeping generalizations about what foods "Americans" don't like. 🫤🤨

As a non American, but a Canadian, I personally enjoy intestines as a snack, but if you want something extremely loaded in grease, I would personally have ruffle fat (fat connected to the intestines that is fried (preferably deep fried)); crunchy, salty and good as a side dish
