I have lived here all my life, and I have been required for all 40 years of that life to obey the law and follow the rules. There will be no Social Security check for me when I can't work anymore. I have never once received any of the benefits that have been spoken of here. Nobody is beating down my door to help me fix up my house so that it doesn't collapse on me or lower the cost of the electricity that I have to pay. And I work and they don't, and I'm a US citizen and they're not. I don't get health insurance. I can't afford it, but I am punished by this state for not being able to afford it so that people who are in this country illegally can benefit from it and go see the doctor whenever they want, and that is a fact, and I am sick of it. I am not an un-understanding individual. I am not an un-compassionate individual, but my generosity has been abused, and I am sick of it. He shared that life has really been tough he has been searching for a job for a long time without success. Two months ago, his house was locked, and since then, he has been sleeping on the streets. I wanted to help him pay the two months’ rent, but all he asked for was transport money to go back home to the village, where he at least has a place to stay and regroup. I listened and supported him with the fare so he can go home, plan afresh, and hopefully return to Nairobi or anywhere once an opportunity opens up. He is a chef and ready to work. This man has rented his home out to the same couple for the last 10 years, they’ve always been good, and have never had any real issues. However recently due to inflation and high costs of repairs. He has finally raised the rent to make up for lost money. He seems to think they trashed the home, but when you think about it, the carpet would have had to be replaced by now anyways. The other things he seems to complain about by highlighting are mostly wear and tear. If you think about it, 10 years is a long time and if this is the wordy of it then he’s still pulling out ahead. Do you feel he’s being unreasonable or should he have updated and maintained the home better?

The man was upset and he knows even though the other child isn’t his, he feels like he needs to speak up and set an example. He works hard to support his child and he provides for him very well. He doesn’t feel bad that the other kid’s in the house’s father’s don’t do anything for their kids, it’s not his concern.
