30 uncomfortable things you should do alone (to build extreme confidence): 1. go to a restaurant and eat alone without using your phone. 2. go to a movie theater by yourself. 3. sit at a coffee shop alone for an hour and just observe people. 4. travel to a new city by yourself. 5. attend an event or class where you know nobody. 6. spend an entire day alone without texting or calling anyone. 7. write down your biggest fears and face one of them. 8. turn your phone off for a full day. 9. sit in silence for 30 minutes with no distractions. 10. journal honestly about your mistakes and what you learned 11. wake up at 5 am for 30 days straight. 12. go to the gym alone consistently. 13. take yourself on a solo workout challenge (run, gym, long walk). 14. cook all your meals for a full day. 15. read a full book in a quiet environment. 16. write a personal mission statement for your life. 17. list the habits that are holding you back. 18. spend a full day in nature by yourself. 19. take a long drive with no destination. 20. ask yourself hard questions about your future. 21. start a conversation with a stranger. 22. go somewhere nice where you feel slightly out of place. 23. try a new hobby alone. 24. go to a networking event by yourself. 25. take a class or workshop where you're the beginner. 26. write down the life you truly want without limiting yourself. 27. reflect on your childhood and how it shaped you. 28. make a 5-year life plan by yourself. 29. spend a day without any entertainment (no tv, social media, music). 30. sit alone and ask yourself: "am i proud of the person i'm becoming?" real talk: if you can learn to be comfortable alone, you stop needing validation from people who don't matter. that's where real confidence starts.

"You can either produce excellence or you can avoid criticism. But you cannot do both of those. The reason that you don't have certain excellence that you want is because you are afraid of getting criticized. You are afraid of the judgment that comes with it. You are afraid of standing out. You are afraid of being alone. You are afraid of people looking at you. You are worried about what people think of you. There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. And there's no way everybody in this room is going to think the exact same thing about me. No way. When it comes to exceptional, what we've got to understand is you can spend your whole life trying to avoid criticism and earn reputation, and it still won't be in your control. We can waste a lot of time missing out on excellence we could have been producing if we were just simply LESS trying to engineer what we wanted other people to think about us."

At Tanzimul Ummah Madrasah Mirpur Branch, nine-year-old Zamzam Islam Ritul, a fourth-grade student, was brutally beaten by four eighth-grade students over minor disputes. On March 4, 2025, at around 8 PM, the seniors took him from his seventh-floor room to their room on the fifth floor, where they locked him up and assaulted him with a steel ruler and plastic broom for two hours. While being dragged down the stairs, Zamzam called for help from a supervising teacher, but his plea was ignored. By the next morning, March 5, 2025, at 10 AM, the supervising teachers were aware of the incident but chose not to intervene or inform his family. Instead, they gave him a painkiller and sent him back to his room. To conceal the incident, the administration forced Zamzam to call home at 6:30 PM and tell his family he would not be visiting that week due to a competition. His family, unaware of the situation, believed him. Despite threats, Zamzam found a way to alert his family. He secretly passed his brother’s phone number to a friend, who called at 9:30 PM from a teacher’s phone, urging his brother to visit. Suspecting something was wrong, his brother immediately went to the madrasa and found Zamzam in severe pain. Between 8 PM on March 4 and 9:30 PM on March 5, the madrasa administration did not contact the family. The next morning, the family took Zamzam to the hospital and filed a police complaint. On March 6, when they visited the madrasa to check CCTV footage, the chairman and branch director refused to meet them, citing personal reasons. The Truth About Aging: When I was 45, I looked 35 and felt 30. Lucky genetics plus healthy habits. 💥 Then 50 happened. It’s an inflection point. Overnight, you transition from the oldest of the young to the youngest of the old. Now at 55, I look… 55. But the good news is, I still feel 30. Here’s my point (and my advice): After 50, appearance is a losing battle. Even if you take extreme measures, you’ll never be mistaken for a 30-year-old. We’ve all seen sad examples of people who pretend otherwise. But performance is a battle you can win! Not forever, but for a long time. At 55, you can absolutely feel and perform like a 30-something, both mentally and physically. I’ve come to terms with looking older. It is what it is. I just avoid selfie mode. 🤣 But I’m gonna fight like hell to stay near my mental and physical peak as long as possible. The 50s are the new 30s. Your actions TODAY determine whether that will be true. Start with the basics: 1) Stay strong but LEAN. (Excess bulk—whether muscle or fat—ages terribly.) 2) Invest heavily in mobility exercise. Your ability to move IS your age. 3) Avoid dumb injuries. They can be kill shots for youth. 4) Spend time outside every day. 5) Lock down your diet. (The hardest part for me.) 6) Limit bad habits. (You know what they are.) 7) Prioritize sleep. 8) Maintain healthy hormone levels. Modern life is hell on the endocrine system. If you have low levels, take action! 9) Most importantly, fill your life with joy and human connection. Getting older is inevitable. Getting old can be deferred. 📽️: At 55, I'm feeling and performing better than ever. Will you?
