Charles, 76, joined 300 serving and former veterans at the National Memorial Arboretum, Staffs. The documentary about my life is dropping this summer! For a long time I belonged to a world not many escape from. Drugs, gangs and the streets of the DTES, where I survived for 20 years. It was an endless cycle of pain, six overdoses, life threatening circumstances, multiple stints in prison and a lifetime of perspective. The doc lays out how I managed to break free and live the life of integrity I live today. I couldn’t be more excited! I hope you’ll watch.
