I make them with two cups self rising flour and 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Brush the tops with more heavy whipping cream. Bake at 425

I prefer my homemade drop biscuits. And i dont use self rising flour, I prefer my baking powder without aluminum.

I’ve made these and they are delicious.

I will definitely be trying this 😋

It’s definitely a yay for me too!!😊

Mm. I’d add salt and rosemary, and maybe 1/4 tsp cider vinegar.

Cider vinegar? Interesting!🧐

The Amish use self rising flour now huh?🤔

I use self rising flour with buttermilk and crisco. Pretty much the same amount of fat and milk as this recipe. They are sooooooooooo good.

Only 2 ingredients, yes absolutely I'd try them. Just don't use enriched bleached flour

Biscuits- Scones for Australia & NZ Served with Rasberry Jam & Chantilly Cream. (Cream whipped with caster sugar & vanilla essence).

Yay.

I do the same thing using buttermilk

I love homemade biscuits ❤️❤️

Just made these this week and they were a hit.

Definitely Yay!

Ok, that's 4 ingredients asshole.

Madam, this is simple, yet decadent. I have been wanting to try different biscuit recipes, and this is the one.

Hell yes

🤔🤔 Yay why not 😋

I’d say yay 😋

Thank you.🥰

Yesss

No salt?

How do they rise with no eggs?

How does it rise?

Better if you add some sugar

Cream biscuits

Mom used to make those to have with a stew. Fantastic!

I start putting cream on top of my sourdough break before baking easier to eat

can you use almond flour?

👍👍

Yes, these are great 👍

You forgot sausage gravy

I make similar except i use AP flour, Baking powder and Cream. It helps if you refrigerate them for about 15min before putting them in the oven. Gives more rise.

Yes I would try
