When this crisis began, there were some concerns, but we converted the challenge into an opportunity. We have ramped up our domestic production of LPG, which used to be 36,000 metric tons per day. We have now taken it up to 54,000 metric tons per day. You must have seen that there are no shortages anywhere. In the last four years, there has been no increase in prices. We don't know how long the blockades or counter-blockades in the Strait of Hormuz will continue. But I can tell you categorically that today we are in a situation where, unlike other countries in the world, which have had to either face severe problems in terms of availability and supply or where prices have gone up 50-60 per cent. The Prime Minister's statement is very visionary. It looks to the future that if this were to continue, we also have to look at what we can do in terms of lifestyle changes. It's not that something is going to happen. That's all negative, panic-creating activity. I review the situation every day, along with the CMDs of the oil sector for an hour or an hour and a half. There is absolutely no cause for anxiety. My oil companies are losing 1000 crores a day. So we will have to start worrying about these things. Some demand for LPG has come down. Liberals, on the other hand, while Chrétien was the Minister of Indigenous Affairs, knew there was a problem. He could have taken action & didn’t. The Conservatives, under Harper & while Poilievre was a part of the administration, went on to implement the First Nations Financial Transparency Act. The Liberals, under Trudeau, stopped enforcing it. Carney still won’t enforce it. Fast forward to today, nearly 40% of First Nations Bands are non-compliant with reporting. Please note: These are the Chiefs & those in charge, and not the individual First Nations themselves. It got so bad that an individual of a First Nations band, had to sue in order to get the financial information that should’ve been provided by the transparency act in the first place. And now, it turns out that from 2020 to 2025, nearly 2000 businesses were removed from the indigenous directory that allows them to have access to federal contracts. These businesses were awarded nearly $300 million. As an example, did you know that in Alberta, the life expectancy of a First Nations individual is nearly 20 years less than a non-indigenous person. It’s similar across Canada: the life expectancy of First Nations is significantly lower than non-Indigenous people AND CONTINUES TO DECLINE. The Liberals created an industrial complex, where the beneficiaries are everyone except for the First Nations individuals themselves. We are now at nearly $32 billion per year in funding indigenous related services & initiatives. The questions we have to ask is: -Where is the money going? -If we don’t have transparency, then how can we ensure it’s going to those in need? -Why don’t the Liberals enforce the financial transparency act? -And why, after nearly a quarter of $1 trillion spent on Indigenous related matters, is their life expectancy going down? A true nation-building project, would be helping and uplifting First Nations and that starts with transparency and accountability. The Liberals have shown they are interested in an industrial complex that creates dependency, early death & corruption. It makes zero sense. It’s insane.

When the British came to India, we were at 33% of the world's GDP. When the British left in 1947, we were at 2% of the world's GDP. So you want me to believe that Nitin Gadkari ji is so SELFISH that he pushes #E20Petrol that will damage crores of Indian vehicles just to benefit his family that has ONLY 0.07 % stake in India’s ethanol market ? & Narendra Modi ji will be on board with this idea? & automakers & car experts will readily give it a go ahead? #WATCH | Delhi: On letter of over 100 prominent citizens from India & Pakistan to both PMs for 'restoring peace, normalcy, dialogue', one of the signatories - former R&AW chief Amarjit Singh Dulat says, "This is an initiative taken by a gentleman who has been working for years on India-Pakistan peace: OP Shah...We thought this letter might be of some help, some value and it is not only Kashmiris or Indians who have signed that letter, there are Pakistanis as well...I have a lot of respect for Dr Farooq Abdullah and when OP Shah called me and said that Dr Farooq is signing that letter, I said that I have no problem in signing; I signed it...He has been saying for a long time that we need to have peace...I don't think this letter is going to make that much difference. It's only a question of adding to a sentiment which we feel there is now. Because when RSS leaders talk about talking to Pakistan, that means there is somewhere some people are thinking of talking to Pakistan. So, if they are thinking we should also think. I don't think there is anything wrong in that. The whole Kashmiri leadership has contributed to this letter..."
