To replace animal testing with AI, we need MASSIVE human datasets. Today, we're thrilled to share Axiom's new data exploration tool, providing the ability to visually explore the world's largest primary human liver toxicity dataset. Built with Axiom's proprietary wetlab protocols, our dataset includes detailed liver toxicity profiles for over 100,000 distinct molecules. The key to this dataset is our ability to do high-throughput, multiplexed high-content screening with primary human liver cells. Traditionally, toxicity assays either sacrifice throughput or sacrifice biological relevance (using easy-to-grow immortalized cell lines instead of real human cells). We managed to combine throughput, physiological relevance, and multiplexing in one platform. The assays run in a high throughput format using automation, meaning thousands of compound-dose conditions can be tested in one experiment. We achieved this using pooled primary human hepatocytes, which are often fragile and expensive. By systemizing our automation and quality control processes, we were able to run over 120+ batches on the same donor pool with incredible reproducibility and consistency. We did this while integrating many readouts per well, whereas many existing toxicity assays only do a single readout. Our multiplexed approach provides far more data per experiment enabling us to measure 10-20 different toxicity phenotypes such as apoptosis, necrosis, mitochondrial fission, endoplasmic reticulum stress, stress granule formation, microtubules, and more all from a single well on a 384-well plate! The combination of scale, high content information, and data quality is exactly what is needed to train highly accurate AI models in biology. More Batteries vs. Submarines Now that the German TKMS and the French Naval Group have massively adopted lithium-ion batteries, following the Japanese lead, this is consolidating as a major trend, just as I had predicted. The next stage will be solid-state batteries, and at that point, we'll essentially be discussing only speed and submerged endurance in comparison to nuclear submarines. Since solid-state batteries are lighter, they will allow for a greater number to be installed, freeing up space for more powerful propulsion systems. Naval Group has already sold a version of the Scorpène to Indonesia capable of remaining submerged for up to 80 days. That's with lithium-ion batteries. Imagine what this could exceed, more than double, with solid-state batteries. In practical terms, a more powerful engine combined with solid-state batteries in the proportions that Naval Group is now using in the Scorpène would provide three times the speed, meaning something like 10–15 knots at constant speed while maintaining around 50 days submerged. This would give a range of 40,000–50,000 km, requiring less than one hour on the surface for a fast recharge. For speeds above 25 knots, simply adding more batteries and a better engine would suffice, as the solid-state system has high power output. All this at 15–20% of the cost of a nuclear submarine. And if the choice is to power the batteries with a micro-reactor, it would cost 25–35% of a conventional nuclear one. Then someone will say: “But a nuclear sub can stay submerged for years.” That makes no difference at all, since even with around 60 days of endurance, the crew still needs to surface to resupply provisions. The big advantages remain: battery-powered subs are superior in silence, and speed can be addressed with larger battery packs.

#education FinTwit pushes a myth that you should only chase breakouts and trending stocks. This works for some, but it is a trap for others. If you are an investor, your goal is building income, not just following momentum. Take $EOSE as an example. It took a 50% haircut after being called the next generational wealth play. Once the hype died, the furus disappeared just like their moms' money. Conviction in a strategy means looking for ways to lower your cost basis through premium collection, not just praying for a price recovery. The results of active management speak for themselves. Here is the breakdown on a position I have been working for the past month: • Initial purchase price: $4.73 • Current effective cost basis: $3.47 • Total cost reduction: 27% • Current core position: +60% I achieved this without selling a single share. This drop came purely from selling calls and puts. I did not take profits, had I, I would have lowered my cost basis more. Instead, I’ll continue to generated income and recycled capital while keeping the entire position intact. Leaving capital available for the next ER drop. And…the mechanics are a lot simpler than most think. Determine your maximum capital for a conviction play. Let’s say you allocate $10,000, use $2,500 for your core position. Use the remaining $7,500 to sell puts or spreads. While the stock consolidates, generate an extra layer by selling calls. High volatility in stocks under $8 is a blessing. High IV means higher premiums for sellers. Bring it in for the real sauce for extra yield ⚠️: • Use a small portion of your unallocated capital on Thursday’s around noon. • Find a juiced ATM or ITM strike. • Buy 100 shares and sell that strike. • If the stock stays over the strike by Friday, the premium is yours and the shares are gone. This creates a 1.2% to 1.7% return on a one day hold. • If the price drops, keep the shares and sell covered calls for the following week to capture another 1.2% to 1.7% • With the goal of having this last shares to be call away. Now for the FuruKiller fact. If you do not want to count this as an ECB reduction, let's talk about yield. I pulled a 26.8% return in one month. Even if the haters say that is luck, let's be generous and cut that in half. Take 13% over a 12 month span, you are looking at over 150% annualized return. That already smokes the market and your average furu. And for the kicker. Over the whole month, I averaged only 63.3% of my rolling capital in use. That is 25% locked in core shares and 31.3% in options strategy. I generated that 26.8% return with 36.7% of my capital sitting on the sidelines. So does chasing stocks that have run 600% make you money, yes, but so does investing in something not in a circle jerk. And it doesn’t have to be in speculative names under $10. I’m doing this with other names as well.
