You can’t really use Pennsylvania v Mimmz as a precursor to have her exit the vehicle. There was clearly no officer safety issues but, it’s a broad ruling that will ultimately protect the officer. What got him in trouble, was the amount of force used. Passive resistance from a 100lb girl, doesn’t warrant a slam to the ground!

Notice at the 6:17 mark of the video that the arresting officer tells the dad that his daughter was “assisted out of the vehicle”. At the 0:26 mark of the same video, he tells the other officer a very different version of the same event. That’s probably what got him fired, yes?
