Trapped underground, Ed led the effort: stacking mattresses, pushing up the weighted hatch, and digging through the dirt with their bare hands until they clawed their way to freedom. Their bravery—and his leadership—saved every life. All three kidnappers were convicted of 27 counts of kidnapping for ransom and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. One year later they get served with foreclosure papers from Bank of America. They didn’t even have accounts with the bank. They hired a lawyer and had the foreclosure dismissed in two months. The bank was ordered to pay the Legal fees the couple had incurred. They showed up to a branch of BOA with a moving truck, and sheriff’s deputies as they were allowed to start loading up the BANK’s assets. This couple Warren and Maureen bought a new home and paid cash for it and in their infinite wisdom Bank of America initiated foreclosure of the property, after many futile attempts to resolve this common sense issue the couple was left with no choice but to litigate the matter, they searched high and low for an attorney that would take the case against this corporate behemoth until finally they found someone to argue the case on their behalf, when they finally got their day in court the judge wasted no time ruling in favor of the couple and ordered the bank to pay their legal fees plus a measly $2500 in punitive damages which Bank of America completely ignored until the couple showed up at their local branch with the sheriff and a judges order to seize the banks assets and in less than one hour they had their money. I’ve heard of predatory lending before but this is next level, at $2500 they got off easy and yet they continued to play games with these people, this is outrageous behavior by any metric.

This is Kouri Richins .. she has been found guilty of murdering her husband for Insurance money because her business was failing. She has been sentenced to life in prison.. but this video is about her children, and their victim statements as read by social workers, for the court. The life that they lived with this woman amounts to nothing but horrific.. and the sick part is she shows no emotion listening to the words of her own children . I chose two children’s statements to include in this.. I think it gives you a very good idea of what their lives were like.
