"An aligned pathway is really important." 🗣️💯 In case you missed it, our U21s officially moved into Carrington this week! 👇

This is what we all want to see but if the Head Coach of the first team is not aligned with the club’s core values, we will never see academy players become regular starters for the first team.

So skinners going then cos he cant work with youth and has ruined and wasted every young player weve brought through. Please for the love of god get him gone. He will have waffled to you about how great he is but hes a fraud #skinnerout

is this why we havent brought only one player in are we going down the academy route if so we need a proper coach Skinner is not the one to develop young players

Marc skinner is till the coach wtf 😡😡😡😡😡💩💩💩

This is a good idea, and we love it and appreciate it . Now, only if you give this team a new coach it deserves next season we are going to struggle with how things are going to suffer, just one signing nothing, we are like mid team , no ambition, prove us wrong

❤️

Aligned pathway under Skinner? Do you think this joke is funny?

Welcome back. We've missed you a lot

This is a brilliant strategy. Members of the board are obviously hoping that by severely limiting Marc Skinner's recruitment budget he will have no option but to use some of the academy players now under his nose at Carrington. Pure genius. 🙃

I reckon we finish below Spurs this szn, first time I've ever really felt this genuinely

I have high hopes for Manchester United women team this season. With the absence of Champions League football, I believe they are serious contender for the league

Develop and sell the Manchester United DNA lol

If you do follow @officialemmzi I will follow back immediately 💯

Remember not one young British girl has made the first team under Skinner

👌👌
