Honestly, would have preferred this ending. Stolas would lose himself to his rage, Octavia would convince him to calm down. Then at the end of the finale it's revealed Blitz ascended to heaven. S3 would then feature Blitz finding a way to become 'Fallen' in order to reunite.

It's a pity that the hellborn can't go to Heaven, otherwise Blitz would have been able to find Tilla there...
