He also said he knew of no “standing order,” about declassifying documents that Trump brought home. Meadows also reportedly had part of his biography rewritten in order to cover up for the fact that Trump had classified documents in his office after leaving the White House. He reportedly told investigators he had it rewritten because he knew it was troublesome for Trump. Meadows could very well take the stand against Trump in the documents case and that could be extremely harmful to Trump’s potential defense.
