If @GhPoliceService wants to completely stop that enclave from being used as a drug den then that structure must come down because it serves as a hideout. Get the court papers and pull the structure down.

Tinker Island has existed for years. The police are aware of its existence. It has to take the intervention of politicians to get rid of this notorious drug den. This pretty much sums up the state of our law enforcement.
