The Cornell 7 is American for one, and for two, that's a case of a woman who has written evidence of attending a consentual drug fuelled orgy, then having regrets later when her sorority called her a slut and the frat house disinvited her from a Halloween party. This is a case of importing and excusing a genuine rape culture because a judge decided centuries of the principle of "ignorance of the law is not an excuse" should be waived because of diversity.
