Another great sprint session at the pier! I hit a PR on my 20 yard sprint (2.86, previous best 2.92) and a solid 5.11 40-so I’m definitely getting faster! Joined by Kris, who is really improving, former pro hockey player Jeff , and carnivore ultra-marathon guy Justin! Awesome to see folks expanding their capabilities! Age is not an excuse!!
