Cyclist on the pavement. Wasn't forced onto pavement by van as he would have been on the opposite pavement if that were the case. Then comes back, deliberately riding at the pedestrian on the pavement, then goes over the handlebars when he uses the front brake. He is a KNT.

Fair play to the DPD courier in pointing out how ridiculous the cyclists was. But you could also point out he was parked on a double yellow... 🤔 so no one is winning the legal or moral highground here.

The cyclist shouldn't even be on that side of the street. With no bike lane, you'd need to be riding in the same direction as traffic not oncoming.
