People with blocked IDs are marching against Home Affairs in Tshwane to have their IDs unblocked.

@Vee_Makhoali This is a mixed bag. There are those who're South Africans here, who unfortunately became part of collateral damage because of Home Affairs incompetence. But the majority are foreign chance takers who received IDs fraudulently. I suspect the 2nd oupa falls into that category.
