This customer hired these landscapers to install gravel walkways and to mulch around his yard. When it was time to pay, he stated he won’t pay the full amount because the service did not include edging, which he never even told them he wanted them to do. I feel the customer is scamming the landscapers at this point, his argument isn’t valid, the landscapers are not mind readers. They would have no idea that he wanted this service done as well. Could they have explained it better, maybe but how would they know he wanted it especially if they operate differently than what he was expecting. I see opportunities for both parties involved. I think the customer should have been clear from the start what his expectation was and what he wanted.
