This customer hired these landscapers to install gravel walkways and to mulch around his yard. When it was time to pay, he stated he won’t pay the full amount because the service did not include edging, which he never even told them he wanted them to do. I feel the customer is scamming the landscapers at this point, his argument isn’t valid, the landscapers are not mind readers. They would have no idea that he wanted this service done as well. Could they have explained it better, maybe but how would they know he wanted it especially if they operate differently than what he was expecting. I see opportunities for both parties involved. I think the customer should have been clear from the start what his expectation was and what he wanted. On the other hand I feel the contractors should have explained it better as well especially if the edging service is an additional price.

A customer was trying to purchase a laptop at Best Buy . After the employee helped him the customer said thank you sir to which the employee got very upset and said I’m a woman please respect my pronouns and refuse to help anymore. He goes to ask another employee for help and she in support of her coworker refuses to help him as well so he leaves the store without a laptop. He videoed the whole thing and made a complaint to corporate, which then fired the employee. I don’t know which store this this happened at. Now from the video, the employee in question absolutely looks like a long-haired dude with a ponytail. So aside from this whole thing being ridiculous even if the customer wanted to respect this person‘s pronouns, it’s an extremely easy mistake to make. I would’ve said the same thing..
