People are done with DEI and identity politics. This country is crying out for fairness, not box ticking. You do not deserve a role because of who you are, you earn it through merit, ability and hard work. Yet we are still seeing parties like Reform push candidates based on identity over substance. That is not progress, that is regression. Under an Advance UK government, positions would be earned, not handed out. Merit would come first. Always.

I agree with Ben Mulroney. Dangerous ideologues have weakened our public institutions. David Eby claims it's Conservatives pushing a "culture war," yet here's the NDP in action: a $170K executive business planning position where the main requirement is pledging allegiance to undoing "settler colonialism," not actual business skills. The NDP is hiring ideological foot soldiers to enforce their far-left agenda on British Columbia from the top down. This dangerous ideology sets the stage to undermine democracy in the name of "decolonization." It's reminiscent of Soviet-style intolerance. Not under my watch. British Columbians have had enough.
