The English have a cat that basically rules over the residence that houses the prime minister. He’s been there 15 years and is 19 years old now. He’s on to his 7th prime minister and his official title is Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office at 10 Downing Street. He literally just walks up to the front door of their version of the White House and guards let him in. He killed a mouse today and ate in front of the press core
