It’s amazing how old this documentary is and that people still think HAARP its a conspiracy theory with no real bases when it’s actually a well known fact ro many many people #waketheFvckUpWorld

I watched a programme on HAARP & the patent even says it can manipulate weather & it can be used for any place on the planet & there’s not just the one installation in Alaska they’re all over the globe!

This was known at least 20 to perhaps 30 years ago. All of a sudden it’s being “exposed”? No. It’s nothing new.

I’d love to see independent video of Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic. There must be a HAARP array located on that island. Google has scrubbed the terrain of the island to the public.

The jet stream that effects our weather used to be quite stable and predictable, but became erratic around the time HAARP started operating and instead of cyclones in summer generally being north of Scotland they are now often south of the UK & drag cold air down from the Arctic

Yes & begin to wonder who has access to it? Imagine exactly what could be done with it? I don't see it as a positive outcome.

Thank you for posting this. I tried to find this to show my dad because he didn't believe it was on the history channel.
