For the first time since Armenia’s independence, the Public Television Company of Armenia will not broadcast the address of His Holiness the Patriarch on New Year’s Eve. Traditionally, His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenian’s message would be aired right before the Head of State. Therefore, in an effort to preserve this tradition, we will share his message.

The Sebeïba festival, an annual event, celebrates the rich cultural heritage of the Tuareg people in southern Algeria. This gathering features rhythmic dances, musical performances, and ceremonial sword displays. Recognized by UNESCO, the festival embodies themes of peace, unity, and the renewal of social bonds, thereby preserving a tradition that has thrived for centuries in the Sahara Desert.

Before Kasabian had even reached the shops, festival crowds were already getting a glimpse of what was coming. This blistering set at T in the Park 2004 features both "L.S.F." and "Club Foot," two songs that would help launch the band from Leicester newcomers to one of Britain's biggest live acts. With Tom Meighan's swagger and Serge Pizzorno's explosive riffs already in full flow, it's an early snapshot of a band destined to become festival favourites for the next two decades.
