Now nobody comes door to door neither for verification nor for delivery of voter's Id. We have to run for everything. Yet we don't get chance to vote.

SIR is simply rectifying the much needed electoral rolls which shd've have been done regularly in the past. It may may be for Wrong : name,father's name , address,multiple cards, or non- citizen, locked house or not available. Discrepancies can be of famous or aam public. Onus lies on individuals to get added with proper documents.
