The front. This is where independence is won. And the path to peace runs through these very labyrinths, these very corridors. And when we say, “Ukraine is holding on,” this resilience begins right here at the front, in command posts like this and at every one of our positions – where Ukraine is – because Ukraine has defenders. Our warriors. I thank you – everyone who is defending our life, our values, Ukraine’s right to exist, and the future of our entire state. I thank everyone who wears a patch on their shoulder, and on whose shoulders rests our independence. With gratitude and respect to all our defenders, we say today: Glory to you! Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!

“Resistance is existence. We must support Palestine’s right to self-defense. Our resistance fighters are heroes. Terrorism is starving and bombing an innocent population.” Armed resistance is how the noble nations of the world nailed their freedom. We will repel the occupation.

Our wartime plan: сlose the sky, stop the enemy on land, at sea, and in cyberspace, deprive Russia of the economic resources to wage war. We work toward this every day. Each day of the war must become a threat to Russia’s very existence. Glory to Ukraine’s heroes!

I thought this was a JOKE till I saw the clip U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee: Without Israel, without the Jewish Foundation, there would not be an America. We owe our very existence. He just SOLD OUT Trump and the USA.

August 29 is a very important day, a special day. Today, we honor the memory of the heroes, the fallen heroes of Ukraine, all our defenders, who have been fighting in the full-scale war since 2022 and in the vile war, hybrid war – Russia’s war against Ukraine, against the Ukrainian people – since 2014. Now, when thousands and thousands of our warriors are defending Ukraine’s position on the front, when our people are being killed in Russian strikes, when we are doing everything to drive this war out of Ukraine and into Russia, primarily through our long-range strikes, we remember that all of this is our active action, all of this is our memory living on. Our active memory. The memory of the deeds of Ukrainian heroes, of the deeds of every man and woman who did not surrender to Russia, who is fighting for Ukraine’s right to be itself. We honor Ukrainian warriors, we honor the courage of the Ukrainian people, we remember everyone who gave their life for Ukraine, so that Ukraine could live. Thank you. We thank our fallen heroes. We thank all the warriors of our state.

Today, we continue our tradition of gratitude – our gratitude to Ukraine’s exemplary and strong warriors, to our Heroes who have done the most and shown the greatest courage in defending Ukraine, our land, and our positions. Gratitude is what should accompany respect. It must be an integral part of a normal state, a normal society, and normal people. This is exactly the gratitude we demonstrate when we fulfill our promise to provide a home for every Hero. And may the apartments we are providing today be symbols of the fact that Ukraine is truly grateful – that Ukraine is a state that honors its heroes, cares for its heroes, and knows that without the courage of Ukrainian warriors, there simply would be no Ukrainian state. Thank you. We are proud of you. And we remember everyone who gave their life so that Ukraine could exist.

During Black History Month, we tell the stories of the heroes of our past — upon whose broad shoulders we stand — and the heroes of the present, who create history every day while shaping our future.
