I am once again begging conspiracy theorists to stop being one shotted by "Tartaria". Tartaria on maps until the 1800s being named Tartaria merely means the lands inhabited by various nomadic tribes where Westerners would never go because THERE'S NOTHING HERE! It's a literal hell on earth to live here even in modern times. It would only have been more inhospitable in the past.
