An out-of-control truck smashed into a pole after slipping on an icy, snow-covered road in Southington, Connecticut, on Sunday. The driver was able to get out of the truck and walk to an ambulance to be checked out by paramedics.

The footage was recorded by a AAA Carting truck, and the truck can be seen flipping on its side after being too tall for the clearance. Pernell Harris, the truck driver from South Carolina, has been ticketed for having a vehicle that exceeded the maximum height of 13 feet 6 inches. Harris and the driver of the Toyota it slid into on the side of the highway both reported having no injuries.
