I've traveled extensively on business over the decades and there are many countries that are much safer for people to walk on the street anytime, day or night. Moscow and St Petersburg qualify. So does tokyo, Singapore, Seoul and Beijing. That can't be said of any blue city in America run by Democrat Communists.
