I don’t know what he’s telling them and don’t have the exact context of the situation, but this I know: It is NOT unkind if people choose not to offer their services to you for free. I think we use language carelessly sometimes. How many times have you gone to a mall and told them they were unkind for not giving you stuff for free. None, right? Let’s quit the charade, pls.
