An update/ I am so sorry

Self care is important, take care of yourself and decompress.

A) you have zero to apologize for. Your doing your best and I think as an audience we put to much on you and you put a lot on yourself to “appease” B) please take care of yourself first. I know you will but sometimes ppl push themselves to “catch up” to a moving goalpost
