Prosecutors are complete pieces of shit.

To clarify: you do not have to worry about jail because of anyone else's actions other than your own. No one forced you to publicly announce your intention to flout a law and then follow through with it. That was your initiative and yours alone.

This actually happens a lot. They love to play dirty against the defense all the time. It's why we have such a high false conviction rate
