Here I do it under 10 as I explain the process .If you want me to show the algorithms I can break down doing the 2nd and 3rd layer. 1st layer should be logical and easy

Three weeks with the car. No plate. No registration. No bill of sale in hand. And apparently this wasn’t her first traffic stop over the exact same problem. The deputy recognized her, gave her time to look for proof of ownership, listened to the phone negotiations… and then called the tow truck. The Nissan Cube came with a friend. The license plate apparently did not. Citation issued. Cube impounded. Ride home arranged. Sometimes “I was going to get around to it” meets “today was the day.”
