Wanna REALLY grow your shoulders? You’ll start getting better connection and results from your lateral raises when you start focusing on these 3 things👇 1- Pushing your knuckles directly out to the side (pretend to punch the walls next to you) 2- Keeping DBs in front of you slightly-this allows a little more range of motion for the delts and a little less tension on the joints. 3- Getting the weight up as close to 90 degrees as possible (just close enough is fine- doesn’t have to be exact) These tips can be applied any way you perform lateral raises (banded, DBs, cables etc) Don’t forget to bookmark and Share this post out if it helped you! In order to be successful, you have to do five things. There’s a sequence to it. 1. Have (audacious) goals. 2. Identify and don't tolerate problems. 3. Diagnose the problems to get at their root causes. 4. Design a path to fix those things. 5. Push through to results. This is what I call looping. Go for your goals, identify your problems, get to the root cause, design a path, and push through. Life is basically just doing that over and over again. Thank u all for getting me out of the hole. I live by the 2 day rule now. You get, no you ALLOW yourself 2 days to sit, be still, hibernate and process your thoughts when u hit the dark patches. But on day 3 time to move and leave that cloud behind. Tough run today but some runs you just NEED, not because ur following a program but you just NEED! (I have not followed a marathon training program at all…not a recommended way of preparation haha!😜) Combat Stress #mentalhealth
