When I first shared Scene Anatomy, a lot of people thought it was a storyboard or a set of keyframes. When I explained that the environment, wardrobe, and camera were generated directly by the model, and that I only supplied the character face while driving the rest through a prompt, people were immediately skeptical. People hear the word "prompt" and cringe. Haha. Maybe they expect a complex setup with Blender blockouts and piles of image references. But if you can build a moving cinematic world starting purely from text, why add extra hurdles before generating? You don't need complicated character sheets and location decks just to start expressing yourself through video. That is why I'm introducing Timeline Anatomy, supported by the new SceneFlow v2.3.0 update. This isn't about convincing you to use Auteur Script. Whatever workflow/prompting helps you build a solid mental model and develop intuition, go for it. Timeline Anatomy isn't meant to convince anyone to use Auteur Script. Whatever workflow works for you, as long as it helps you build a solid mental model and develop intuition with the AI, go for it. I designed Timeline Anatomy mainly for aspiring creators jumping into AI filmmaking who might feel overwhelmed about where to even start. It helps show how much you can do with just text, and why I always lean towards writing the detailed script first and jumping straight to video generation, skipping asset gen entirely. In this Timeline Anatomy view, you can watch each sub-states in the EXECUTION block "fire" and see how the Seedance model visualizes it beat by beat. Beyond seeing the pacing of the script, it lets you study the model's quirks, mistakes, and interpretations. Of course, every generation will look a bit different. But when you have a clear mental ledger comparing what you wrote to what came out, you build genuine intuition. You learn how to stay flexible and tweak your writing to hit your creative goal. Some might say this is only useful for short social media clips, but let's be real: for most creators, compute and budget are huge bottlenecks. Jumping straight into a 5 or 10 minute short film right away is a very high bar unless you already come from a professional filmmaking background. Almost everyone starts with 5 to 15 second clips. Starting script-first lets you get a real taste of directing without burning through your limited resources. Every tool I build is just meant to help aspiring creators start experimenting. That is why I put together ShotBase, PromptLab, SceneFlow, Scene Anatomy, and the open Auteur Script research notes, so you can see what I've discovered through my own trial and error (and yes, I made up plenty of my own terms along the way, so check the glossary haha). The full Auteur Script for Vector Field is now available in SceneFlow under LIBRARY > AI SCENE > VECTOR FIELD. Hope it's useful. 🫡 Vector Field Script:

The most cancer-causing pathogen in the world is Helicobacter pylori. It lives in the stomach of about half the world's population. As the leading cause of stomach cancer, it's therefore responsible for about 5% of the total burden of new cancer cases globally. It's also the leading cause of peptic ulcers. It's crazy to think that until H. pylori was discovered, ulcers were simply put down to stress; there was no real cure. ("Time to retire", etc.) Happily, H. pylori is eradicable with antibiotics. We didn't discover H. pylori until 1979. We could've discovered it decades earlier, but the relevant literatures were too siloed and there was an ironclad medical dogma that the stomach was sterile. Even after the link between H. pylori and gastritis / peptic ulcers / gastric cancer was established in the mid-1980s, it still took a full decade before it became mainstream consensus. It's an amazing reminder of how scientific knowledge diffuses much more slowly than you might expect. I had the honour of interviewing Barry Marshall (Barry Marshall), who (along with Robin Warren) won the 2005 Nobel Prize for discovering the bug and its link to gastritis and peptic ulcer disease. Barry is also famous for proving this causality by drinking the bacteria and making himself sick. Links below. Enjoy! Timestamps: (0:00:00) - Introduction. A 'Western' versus 'Indian' breakfast? Huge Instagram handles peddling intense health misinformation on nutrition like this one from a Yoga lady who has rented out her brain, gets maximum engagement when they glorify an "Indian" veggie breakfast over the "synthetic and processed" Western breakfast, especially in the context of cereals and use of milk and fruits. Mixing fruits and milk according to Ayurvedic principles is disastrous. The pseudoscience claims that this combination destroys the Agni (digestive fire) in us when cold foods are consumed in the morning when Agni is at its lowest. This is utter nonsense. There is no 'cold' and 'hot' concept in nutrition. And there is no digestive fire. This is total mockery of nutritional science that has been mentioned in classical Ayurvedic texts and has no realistic objective meaning or measures to prove it. A strawberry shake or a banana shake in the morning is not going to kill you. It is an excellent source of proteins and vitamins and required calories after an overnight fasting state. And there is absolutely no evidence that a breakfast of boxed cereals is harmful. In fact, most cereals are fortified with many minerals, vitamins and other micro nutrients which help people attain targets for recommended daily intake. Look at these studies and do not skip breakfast or shy away from fortified foods. 1/ The daily consumption of fortified cereal with milk for 12 weeks by adolescent girls, increased intakes of micronutrients - 2/ Ready to eat breakfast food consumption was associated with higher daily micronutrients intake than breakfast skippers and with with better macronutrient intake and healthier food and beverage consumption - and 3/ This evidence based study that looked at breakfast cereal use states that breakfast cereal consumption was associated with diets higher in vitamins and minerals and lower in fat and a lower body mass index and less risk of being overweight or obese - 4/ Ready to eat cereal breakfasts contribute to greater nutrient intake and diet quality in children and adults without increasing total daily meal costs - 5/ Ready to eat breakfast cereals do not contribute to obesity or metabolic diseases - 6/ Fruit smoothies for breakfast provide energy dense options with good nutritional quality and can help reduce calorie intake throughout the day - 7/ Including fruit smoothies improved fruit based consumption in school going children to meet their macro/micro nutrient needs - 8/ Including milk-based diets (shakes), i.e., increased dairy intake as part of energy restricted diets resulted in greater loss in bodyweight and fat mass while attenuating lean mass loss in 18–50-year-old adults - Remember, for your nutritional needs or advise, please see/follow your clinical doctor (not Ayush) or a registered clinical nutritionist and not some "pleased-to-meet-you-perpetually-smily-faced-let-me-monetize-your-stupidity" Yoga peddlers on Instagram who has no idea about human anatomy and physiology. Cirrhosis patients, be wary about salt content in ready-to-eat packed foods. PS: Watch the video on mute. The background music is annoying.

Ghee the detox superfood? I am now convinced that Instagram is just Whatsapp University with videos. It has become a cesspool of health misinformation that Meta needs to really do something about dangerous "health talks" from people with zero education in medicine & healthcare. Like this incospicious actor-turned-model Ekansh Jayaswal who is monetizing and trying his luck on Instagram giving advice a lot of health topics that he has no idea about and in the process, misleading people with dangerous misinformation. He claims that drinking 10ml of ghee (which is clarified butter) everyday in morning on empty stomach has the following benefits: 1. It is a detox 2. Helps in digestion 3. It controls sugars 4. Hydrates skin and 5. (which he claims is most important) - lubricates your joints for easy mobility. The fact is, Ekansh is actually a science-illiterate and also medically ill-informed. He does not understand basic human anatomy and physiology. Here is what all of this really means: 1. There is nothing called a detox. It is a wellness fraud marketing term. The liver, kidneys, skin and lungs are the only detox you'll ever need. 2. Consuming ghee does not help in digestion. Digestion is a complex anatomico-physiological process that occurs autonomously whether you want it or not and ghee does not affect an autonomous normal physiological process. 3. Ghee does not control sugars. In fact animal studies have shown that ghee worsens lipid profile and fasting sugars and that people with duabetes must limit saturated fats such as ghee as it worsens systemic inflammation. and and 4. Ghee does not hydrate skin. There is no clinical evidence that it does. This is literally just a bluff. 5. There is absolutely no way that orally consumed ghee enters the joints and lubricates it. It can happen only if the human digestive system is directly connected to the musculoskeletal system or the oral cavity is directly connected to the musculoskeletal system in the absence of a digestive tract. But we know that is not possible, but Ekansh has not gotten that point it. In fact: A study showed that ghee that is predominantly saturated fats had an increasing effect on non-HDL-cholesterol (bad fat) compared with olive oil, adding further evidence to the existing recommendations to replace dietary fats high in saturated fatty acids with dietary fats high in unsaturated fats to reduce heart disease risk. Ghee is not a superfood, and its consumption must be limited, as it is a rich source of saturated fats, has potential to increase cardiac risk, has no proteins, is all fat-based calories, is not a prebiotic, is a good source of fat soluble vitamins and its daily consumption can increase risk of obesity, and not burn fat or reduce weight. On another note, when preparing rice dishes, adding a little ghee with specific timing and within a stir-fry technique could help reduce post meal glucose spikes:
