That dog will develop mental illness because of this. The ball triggers his prey drive but because he never catches it he will never closure. This will lead to obsessive compulsive behaviors and symptoms of frustration confusion and anxiety. If you do this to your dog you deserve to be kicked in the fucking balls- HARD.
