A Georgia election official also testified that QR codes located on ballots were used to tabulate votes through the machines instead of the markings made by voters on the actual ballots themselves. This proves that there is no way to actually confirm that Joe Biden won the 2020 election because the QR code can not be read or verified by election officials to determine what the QR code is actually telling the voting machines to tabulate for since it is not reading the actual filled in selections by the voter.
