The woman who blocked the car was not in danger before she decided to block the car. She made the decision to impose danger on someone else’s life. The man in the car never got the option to not be in danger. You can’t expect a person to simply let people injure him and his family. If you attack a car, you’re inviting whatever happens to you. If you hold innocent people hostage in their cars, expect to get run over.
