So apparently there's a place called Big Texan Steak Ranch, Amarillo, Texas where they'll slap down a 4 and a half lbs (72 oz) slab of steak, a baked potato, some salad, dinner roll and shrimp and if you can eat it in an hour - it's free. I dunno, does that sheet of steak look good to you? Anyone know what cut it's supposed to be? For me, give me a couple of those smaller steaks he's got on the grill beside it. I'll take Ribeyes, or T-bone instead, any day. What say you?

Teaching my 10 year old daughter how to cook her favorite meal. A perfect medium rare steak using the "constant-flip" method... Medium heat flame under a stainless steel(or cast iron) pan. Add a touch of neutral oil and lay down the salted room-temperature steak into the pan.
