I once read that Lottie was originally going to be written as a typical spoiled mean girl..I’m so glad that they gave us the version we have today. Her friendship with Tiana is so special.

Lottie is one of my favorite Disney characters she had it all but knew and wanted to Tiana to be better

She gave her friend enough money to buy her restaurant when she knew she was in trouble, even gave up her initial plan to marry Navine after the kiss free of charge just so she could instead, literally giving up her dream for her friends dream to instead. Lottie is a true BFF

Her tiara is also the same shape as the crown she wore when they were kids

Lottie wanted to give Tiana the money for the sugar plant but knew her friend wouldn’t want hand outs, that’s why when she wanted Tiana’s “man catching” beignets she OVERPAID Tiana so she could pay for her restaurant! 😭

It’s gonna be so awful if they change her in the live action remake

I do like how she wasn't the usual spoiled blonde. Quite possibly actually owning a heart of gold. Rich people, idfk what they're into

The directors and writters have EVERY and i mean EVERY right to make her into Tiana's rival, and even so she only thinked about her friendship with Tiana. Mind you, this movie is set in the 1920's. NINETEEN-TWNETIES.

I heard the dress was supposed to be a gift after she got her restaurant but after hers got ruined and the she got out bid, Lottie decided to give it to her then. 😭😭😭

I swear the live action of this better not change anything about her if it ever gets one. She's a good definition of a "rich but raised well" character...

& Also gave up her only dream (to be a princess) bc she knew Tiana found her person 😭😭😭 she was the best
