I’ve proven this in 2012 by hitchhiking and bussing through Mexico to Guatemala illegally. They damn near put me in a concentration camp for not having the right visa. I had to pay the Mexican Feds hundreds of dollars and get a one way back to Nuevo Laredo in 2 days
