Happiness is a choice, and a lot of pro wrestling fans choose to be unhappy absolutely all the time and that’s the last bite. Feed me more!

Let them talk. Let them judge. Let them criticize. Let them spend their time thinking about us. We work. They can’t stop our work. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Day 23 seed oil free and continuing to feel better mentally, physically, and overall every single day. Staying consistent, staying disciplined, and just taking it one day at a time while pushing forward and working to make the impossible possible. And that’s the last bite Feed Me More!

I enjoyed SummerSlam Night 1 and I’m looking forward to SummerSlam Night 2. I predicted Oba Femi to defeat Brock Lesnar in the main event on Night 1, and tonight I’m picking Roman Reigns to come out victorious… but with a BIG surprise at the end. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! Who do you got? Why? Did you enjoy SummerSlam Night 1? Let me know down in the comments.

Only The Shield themselves, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose, could truly tell you who the real leader of The Shield was. From my experience working with them, I always felt all three had a tremendous amount of respect for one another. They were also part of one of my greatest rivalries in WWE, costing me the WWE Championship on multiple occasions and essentially keeping me from becoming, at the very least, a two-time WWE Champion. But I want to hear your thoughts. Who was the REAL leader of The Shield? Roman Reigns? Seth Rollins? Dean Ambrose? Or was there never a true leader, just three equals united by a common goal? And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Thank you, Redboys I’m truly humbled and honored by your powerful tribute. Thank you for keeping my memory and the Feed Me More mindset alive. It was never a gimmick — it’s a way of life. A mindset built on gratitude while always striving for more in every meaningful area. That hunger is something every human can relate to, and it’s why it resonated during my time in wrestling and continues through my brand today. Feed Me More forever. Much love and respect. — Ryback

Tonight’s Hell in a Cell match has all the ingredients to be something special. Brock Lesnar brings unmatched experience and intensity, while Oba Femi has been building incredible momentum and looks like a future cornerstone of WWE. Having been in a very similar position during my career, I’m going with Oba Femi. I think he has the momentum, and I’m rooting for him to come out on top. It’ll be interesting to see what the company does with his character over the next year if he gets the win. Looking forward to a hard-hitting battle between two absolute powerhouses. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! Who do you see winning and why?

👏 Congratulations to Bronson Reed on bettering himself and getting into even better shape. In my opinion, that will only help prolong his career and make him better than he’s ever been. What’s interesting is how often pro wrestlers get criticized no matter what they do. Mason Rook gets attacked for how he looks. CM Punk gets attacked for how he looks. Bronson Reed gets attacked for how he looks. Maybe the problem isn’t the pro wrestlers. Maybe the problem is the person constantly critiquing the pro wrestler. Happiness is a choice. Support people who are putting in the work to better themselves. The world needs more of that. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! 💪🔥

I always loved wrestling with Seth Rollins. We’ve wrestled many, many times, and he’s taken hundreds of back body drops from me over the years. There’s a reason not a lot of guys do that move or take it well. It takes precise timing, trust, and real chemistry. Seth was always willing and even eager to take that bump, trusting me to deliver it safely and effectively. It’s an aggressive bump no matter what, but we were always able to get serious height and make the crowd react to something as simple as a back body drop. That’s a special thing in this business. I’m very grateful for Seth, his love for the business, and for putting his body on the line time and time again. I tossed him around like a rag doll plenty of times, and he never backed down. Much respect. And that’s the last bite. Feed me more!

Every morning I wake up hungry and with a purpose. No days off since I left WWE. I work every day because I love what I do and what I’m building. Structure. Discipline. Passion. That’s how you win. Block the hate. Do the work. Feed Me More!

Many years ago, I was told to shut the engine off. But I knew something they didn’t. If I shut that engine completely off, there was no guarantee it would ever restart at the level it once ran. So I kept it on. I tested it from time to time. I kept it sharp. I kept it ready. But I never put the pedal to the metal. I backed off when I needed to. I coasted when I had to. I protected the engine while the world assumed the race was over. It wasn’t. The engine is still intact. Still running. Still waiting. And maybe it’s finally time we find out what happens when The Big Guy puts the pedal to the metal again. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

If you forced me to pick my top three matches ever, even though I had many, this is the list 👇 Number three My first main event ever. Myself vs CM Punk inside WWE Hell in a Cell for the WWE Championship. That match changed everything for me. Number two Myself and Team Hell No Daniel Bryan and Kane vs The Shield Seth Rollins Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns in their debut match. A TLC match that was given five stars and is regarded as one of the greatest TLC matches of all time. Number one Myself vs John Cena for the WWE Championship in Chicago Illinois at Allstate Arena. I drove John through the LED Titantron board. He was stretchered out and taken away in an ambulance. I got back to my feet, but it was still ruled a tie. Honorable mention Myself vs CM Punk in another TLC match, including the TLC match we had on Raw. The majority of that match was done on the fly with very little actually planned, which makes it even more special to me. Those are my picks if you make me choose. And that’s the last bite. I’m often asked, “Who is the safest pro wrestler you’ve ever worked with?” I always like to preface questions like this by saying that at the professional level, the degree of separation is usually very small. Just like with anything else, once you reach the highest level, everyone is extremely good at what they do. Throughout my career, pretty much everyone I worked with was safe, and I never really had any issues with anyone being consistently unsafe. The reality is, if someone truly wasn’t safe to work with, they probably wouldn’t last very long on a WWE main roster. With that said, two guys who always stood out to me were Dolph Ziggler and The Miz. Both of them worked incredibly light, and I always felt very comfortable working with them. That doesn’t mean they were the only safe wrestlers by any means. At that level, everyone knows how to take care of each other while still making things look physical and believable. Professional wrestling is physical, and accidents can always happen, but there’s a big difference between an accident and someone being an unsafe worker. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Roman Reigns has always been one of the most respectful, professional people I’ve known in this business. He’s a family man and someone who’s done a lot of good for a lot of people. WWE and UFC are under the same company. If one of the biggest stars in WWE is invited to a major UFC event, it shouldn’t surprise any of us that he’d attend. Going to an event doesn’t suddenly define someone’s character or mean we know everything they believe. The bigger issue is how quickly we’ve become to judge and tear each other down over things that have nothing to do with how we treat people. There’s already enough negativity in the world without adding to it. Happiness is a choice. The more we focus on becoming better ourselves instead of criticizing every decision someone else makes, the better our own lives become. Sometimes the biggest changes begin when we look in the mirror instead of looking for someone else to blame. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Brock Lesnar defeated Oba Femi in the rematch at Clash in Italy. It’s a good reminder not to get too caught up in online rumors, innuendo, and people creating stories for clicks and engagement. If you didn’t want your favorite movie or television series spoiled, you’d simply sit back, watch, and enjoy the experience as it unfolds. I truly believe pro wrestling fans would benefit from doing the same. Enjoy the shows. Enjoy the stories. Don’t get consumed by the nonstop social media speculation and misinformation that often surrounds everything. If this was truly Brock Lesnar’s final opponent, being selected for that role is an incredibly rare opportunity. Brock has always been very selective about who he steps into the ring with and who he helps elevate. That kind of spotlight can propel Oba Femi to new heights moving forward. Sit back. Relax. Enjoy the ride. Happiness is a choice. Complaining is a choice. Too many people are holding themselves back by choosing negativity over enjoyment. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

When I got into pro wrestling, I didn’t get into it to make a bunch of friends. I already had friends. I already had a life. I got into pro wrestling to make a statement, leave my mark, and do great business time and time again. I always respected the Scott Hall and Kevin Nash mentality: you’re there to make money and take care of business. That doesn’t mean you can’t get along with people, build relationships, and treat everyone with respect. But pro wrestling is a competitive business. Everyone is fighting for opportunities, positioning, and the ability to provide for themselves and their families. Along the way, you’ll find a select few who become genuine friends. Many others will simply be acquaintances, and there’s nothing wrong with that. The important thing is knowing how to work with people, knowing how to do good business, and knowing when it’s time to bet on yourself and make the most of your opportunities. Pro wrestling taught me a lot about life because life works much the same way. Be kind. Be respectful. Build good relationships. But stay focused on your goals, take care of the people you love, and never be afraid to leave your mark. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!
