No, that's what happens from sheer stupidity. Follow the recipes, instructions step by step, make sure you did it right as a first timer. Common sense and a little bit of working cogs in your skull is all you need.

I would say this is what happens when an idiot follows YouTube tutorial on building a PC. The first one I built I watched and rewatched two separate tutorials, PC came out perfect, I built four for myself at this point and eight for friends. It's actually really easy.

No bullshit building a PC is hard and I sweat every time I install a CPU, if you even just drop it on the pins you are fukt. I also fried every single component of a new build by wiring the fans wrong, not even exaggerating. Every. Single. Component. Fried.

Literally everyone learns PC building from YouTube. Only a complete baboon would put thermal paste between the motherboard and the cpu. Also, pc building is easy and nearly dummy proof. Understanding component specs and installing the OS is the most difficult part for a beginner.

Building a PC is not hard. It’s basically plug-in play especially now.

no youtube tutorial will tell you to do that. building a PC is actually pretty easy - literally just sticking together couple of parts.

You simply cannot connect shit up incorrectly motherboard power connectors are all keyed. Specific number of pins. SSD power & data specific Fans specific Motherboard power, reset, hdd & power indicator connections may be confusing

I don’t know what’s wrong with those persons screwing up with installing those PC components, but I did just fine fixing a SSD heatsink while reading the instructions off of Gemini.

I remeber buying MSI motherboard. The usbs were so virgin my cable got stuck in there I had to send it for replacement with cable attached ☠️, so it's not always YT 🙂
