I left the church for a time. It was consideration like this that brought me back. In fact, it was a trip to New Orleans around Halloween seeing all of the costumes mocking not just Christianity in general and Christ himself, but also the Catholic church bishops nuns priests all being mocked ridiculed and our Lord being blasphemed. Making the observation that there were no demonic attacks on Islam or Judaism or Buddha or any of the other religions was the first of a number of considerations that ultimately brought me home. Praise God for his mercy!
