People now have the standards on the floor. The thing I love about Britney is that she’s a real dancer with grace. She’s not just shaking her ass and doing sex positions to impressing the audience. We haven’t missed a beat. He has gotten all of his workouts in and is doing a modified 5/3/1 split but doing it with one arm. Why one arm? Because it will make the other one stronger as well. A meta-analysis in The Journal of Sports Medicine found that unilateral resistance training leads to neural adaptations that carry over to the untrained side. This is called the cross-education effect. Hopefully this helps everyone understand why we are doing this!
