Not leaked but officially shown. Though judging and complaining early is a good thing. Look at Houndmaster's Masquerade Mask. And who knows if the Artist skin would have even gotten unique animations without early complaints

I do think giving criticism is a good thing, but calling the ppl that worked on this cosmetic "lazy" with no other knowledge other that 1 picture does come off as rude.
