You know you’re at the wrong pool party when they have an armed security guard but not a lifeguard.

Some hoods tried this at my property. I had the police there in under 30min. AirBNB cancelled their reservation without refund. They lost about $5000.

They did this at one of my Airbnb’s one night had to call the cops. After the cops kicked them out. They broke back in the house. I had to get the cops again the next morning. To remove them. Same group of people.

Airbnb rentals are used for pop up parties; addresses are posted online and young people including minors show up. I’m currently involved in an assault case, where a young man was beaten by a dozen thugs at an Airbnb party.

Aannnddd this is why people like me find it hard to get rentals. Because too many people who look like me behave like uncivilized animals. My advantage? A public profile. I’ve been able to gain trust by having potential landlords look me up on social media. I have referrals, too, because I always take great care of any property I’m in.

@oldguy_steve As homeowner with a pool…this gives me such anxiety. I am all for having fun, but that just looked like a disaster in the making. They are so lucky they weren’t hurt.

Anyone who defends this probably never owned a home or anything for that matter. Insurance liability and potential law suits when one of those dipshits crack their head open on your concrete deck would ruin you. Because you know these irresponsible degenerates will blame the homeowner by saying something stupid like “they should have had softer ground around pool” or something more retarded.
