When CJ makes a mistake, he holds his head down. He looks like he's moping and just defeated. Teammates see that and it's not motivating at all.

at least he’ll be honest about the kid. your HC has spent the entire time stroud has been with the team refusing to hold him accountable & coach him up. hard for a QB to improve when his HC is afraid to say “we’ve gotta not fumble twice not protecting the ball in the pocket”.
