⭐️: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. It’s not like my emotions are going up and down a lot or anything, but then, when I met a friend of mine and we talked I realized I actually have more worries than I thought. But I also wonder if I just didn’t have the space to talk about them. So, on one hand... I don’t know if I have a lot of worries or if I just don’t have thoughts. With work, work is busy too but sometimes I even wonder if I’m actually busy. Because when you do so many schedules… you don’t really feel it. Like, maybe I am really busy but I just can’t feel it. No, It’s not a slump. It’s pretty far from a slump. A slump is when work doesn’t go well and doing things feels hard, but I’m not like that. When I work, it’s fun and exciting, I just don’t really have emotional highs and lows. So I wonder if maybe this is actually a good thing?That’s how it is. I don’t think you need to worry about this, but actually, I did have a lot of worries and concerns… I just didn’t realize I was worrying about them? Yeah. "Maybe it’s because you haven’t had much time to take care of yourself?" No, but I think I’m actually the type who takes care of myself pretty well. Ah, recently I’ve been going to the sauna alone pretty often and I’ve had some time to think while doing that. No, wait thinking about it, even when I go to the sauna I just sit there without thinking. I think I just space out. I wonder if it’s because I’ve gotten used to this work now. No but, compared to before being thoughtless/empty-minded actually seems better, compared to when I had so many thoughts I couldn’t sleep. Now I sleep with my legs stretched out (idiom, it means to sleep comfortably), yes. Maybe it’s because things feel stable, yes. My relationship with the members is really good and I feel a lot of satisfaction with the work I do, and since ATINY always show me support so strongly by my side, somehow I wonder if that’s why I don’t have emotional highs and lows. #SEONGHWA #성화

Words of affirmation: 🧸: we don’t really… 🦋: do excessive compliments? Not sure what you call it 🧸: it’s more whatever we feel at the time, we say it then. It’s not something that’s intended, it’s whatever in the head, we just say it then. That’s the style, it’s not like a planned ‘thank you’ kinda thing. For example, if P’Lena does something little like dropping me home, buying me snacks, or ordering me food, I’d be like ‘thank you’. That’s our normal reaction. 🦋: that’s right. We both really understand each other’s wavelength/vibe. For instance, if I feel down while working, she’s the first one that knows and can sense my wavelength before anyone else (before manager and mum). So I feel lucky to work with someone who understands how I feel. *says thank you to Miu* 🧸: it’s not even intentional. To be honest, I didn’t know I’d be able to read her, but it’s more that I approach her when I feel her face is a little strange (from normal). Like when she’s sat still getting her makeup done and not doing anything, I’ll approach and know how to handle (the situation). One year ago today, I received the news from the Professor that we had lost our Debbie. I literally sat on the side of my bed for two days straight sobbing. Ever since then when anything good happens for me I always say I love you Debbie and I miss you during celebratory streams. I can hear her yelling "GMAAAAAAAA!" She was a cheerleader for everyone in the community, but I like to think I was her favorite. I miss her all the time.

🦊 i.. something that immediately came to mind, i don’t know if the other members remember but during our debut evaluation, during the re-evaluation, i remember i also lost a friend. every year i go visit them. i try to bottle it up a bit, but whenever i go for a drink with friends we all let it out together. that kind of feeling, it must be so hard. rather than thinking about how they can move forward, i feel like time heals all wounds. i don’t think it’s something you even need to move on from, you just carry it in your heart and keep living. you don’t have to forget and when you think of them from time to time, you’ll miss them, let it all out and you’re okay again the next day. whenever things get hard, i hope watching us can help you get back on your feet.

I’m back earlier than people expected it was never going to be three or four months, I was always confident I’d return sooner. Once I was back with the team and doing contact, I flew through the last few weeks. On the pitch I feel confident. I had to do gym sessions on a mat, learning how to fall and roll again, making sure I wasn’t putting my shoulder in positions where it might pop out. The chances are less than 1%, but it was about feeling no pain…It’s boring stuff you’re basically learning to fall again like a kid. It means a lot to hear people say they miss watching you, teammates miss playing with you, staff miss coaching you even the fans being up in the stand, seeing yourself on the big screen, hearing the claps it’s humbling to know so many people are supporting you. It’s easy to get dragged into negativity when you’re injured, especially when you can’t remind people what you do. That support was exactly the reminder I needed of how loved I am in Madrid, which is all that really matters.”🤍

🐥 (joy): when rei took a break, i really felt sorry. i felt empathy towards her. and anyone can go through it. all i can say 'so, it's okay rei.' that's why rei started to became bigger in my mind. whenever i see rei, she knows how to get close to people and open her heart as it is. as a reliable unnie to rei, i want to protect her pureness. i don't know much about joy but she really took in rei because she knows how hard it is in this industry especially being in hiatus... she's such a kind person :(

Zack Snyder on his dyslexia: "It was a challenge for me when I was, you know, young in school, and all I wanted to do was make movies because that was the thing that I got great pleasure from and reward from. I love books, and I'm an avid reader, but I just have a hard time because of the way that I perceive. "I've had a great sort of - one side of me anyways - was really satisfied by art and drawing and sculpture and sort of visual expression. And I think that that started to, you know, was the thing that kind of made me feel un-frustrated. And also the way the system was designed, sort of not to support me when I was in high school at that time. "It was very difficult, you know, there was a lot of, you know, just, difficulty. My English teacher in high school was worried about what my career would be, and I'm like. He would be happy to know that I'm in the Writers Guild of America now. "But, I think that that all those things are, they're all... you can transcend all those things with perseverance and with interest and with with help. And I think that that's an important part of it. "And I just think I've had to adapt, and sort of... I have my own style of the way I write, I write all, you know, but I'm pretty prolific. And I love- I listen to tons of audio books on tape, unabridged hours and hours and hours. That's all I do when I'm driving in the car or wherever I'm doing. And it's helped me a lot. "And yeah, I mean, I just hope that anyone who is- feels trapped or frustrated by the world in general. You know, they need to just, I think that we all have like a magic spark, and you need to just find the thing that makes you, you know, inspires you and, and gets you excited and pursue it as hard as you can find your passion in the world. That's a, that's a great motivator."
