I also have HPPD, shit sucks ass. Super hard to remember stuff, anxiety attacks feel like horror movies, and sometimes I just straight up cannot feel my hands or feet

for my friend it was entirely psychosomatic. he was super hung up on the "eye floaters" which he had never noticed before, but when we saw the family guy episode with a cutscene about it he finally believed me saying everyone has those and then it just faded away. super weird

This is weird, because I've seen the visual snow since infanthood, but I generally ignore and don't think about it.
